Stuck Threads On HTTP Call Of OSB (Doc ID 1994619.1)

Symptoms

Stuck threads are reported WebLogic Server while it is running OSB code to execute remote HTTP calls. On thread dumps stuck threads are running this code.

This call should rarely be observed on thread dumps because it usually takes milliseconds.
