Incoming Messages Fail With Error Message "There is no WS-RM sequence identified by" (Doc ID 1995050.1)

This document applies only to 11g.

A Web Service is secured with oracle/wsrm10_policy, WS Reliable Messaging (WS-RM) 1.0.

Problem: incoming messages are rejected with "There is no WS-RM sequence identified by".

Example message:
