To-do Task requires additional authentication

After installing the 22.214.171.124.5 or 126.96.36.199.6 you notice an additional authentication being required for To-do tasks. After a To-do task has been created, the system is asking for user name and password before the To-do task can be opened.
This issue can be reproduced in BP workspace as follows:
1) log into bpm workspace application
2) create a To-do task. The newly created To-do task appears in the task list
3) click on the To-do task to select it. You will be given an additional login form.
