BAM 12c : The payload cannot be parsed by EMS if the Date field is missing

Symptoms
On BAM 12.1.3
EMS generates the below error if the payload contains a date column with a non existing value and the message is discarded.

Date Time Specification are specifed for DATETIME column : Date_Column but value
passed is NULL, so proceeding with NULL only.
