Oracle Traffic Directory (OTD) 11g Webgate logs are broadcasting to all tty terminals

Webgate logs are broadcasting to all tty terminals
There was an issue with the mode the oam servers were in and as a result the OTD servers could not reach the oam servers. The OTD servers were essentially buried in log messages to the tty on every single person who would ssh to the server. If this issue was to reoccur, we would have the same exact problem.

These errors are broadcasting to all the tty terminals and it is impossible to troubleshoot any errors.
