Oracle Exalytics: TimesTen Historical ("_TBH") Tables Not Showing Statistics in SQL Developer (Doc ID 1996172.1)

Symptoms

Using SQL Developer version 4.0.3 to view tables and statistics on TimesTen 11.2.2.6.11 tables which are installed on an Exalytics server.  When selecting "compute table size" button in SQL Developer, the statistics, size, and SQL are not consistently displayed.
For some tables, the information is present, but for others (such as historical "_TBH" tables), the information is missing.

The tables that are not displayed are very large and some of them contain over 1 million rows.
