B2B 11g / 12c - "B2B-50547: Agreement not found" Error When Using Custom Document Agreements (Doc ID 1996629.1)

After applying SOA PS6 ( Bundled Patch #5 or #6, it might be seen an issue with Custom Document agreements, in which the incoming messages fail with B2B-50547: Agreement not found Error.

This issue might be triggered by having two active agreements for different partners, both using similar custom docs. Alternatively only one of the agreements will throw above error, while the other one will work correctly. If the agreement which is working fine is retired, the the previously failing agreement will start working fine.
