Unable To Get The Health Status Caused By A MaxMessageSizeExceededException And The Managed Server Disconnects (Doc ID 1996876.1)

The health status is not shown for the managed server from the console. The admin server log shows the following exception:

You have:

  1. Disabled the Module-FMWDFW as mentioned in <Note 1417194.1>.
  2. Applied the patch for Bug 12972254 (if applicable) and added the property as described in <Note 1568758.1>.
  3. Tried increasing the max message size to 30000000.

Even after trying the above, the error continues.
