Unable To Get The Health Status Caused By A MaxMessageSizeExceededException And The Managed Server Disconnects (Doc ID 1996876.1)

Symptoms

The health status is not shown for the managed server from the console. The admin server log shows the following exception:

You have:

  1. Disabled the Module-FMWDFW as mentioned in <Note 1417194.1>.
  2. Applied the patch for Bug 12972254 (if applicable) and added the property -Dweblogic.management.disableManagedServerNotifications=true as described in <Note 1568758.1>.
  3. Tried increasing the max message size to 30000000. Refer to <Note 1922363.1>.

Even after trying the above, the error continues.
