Symptoms

On a Windows 2008 x-64 R2, and Tuxedo 11.1.1.2.0 32-bit for VS2010 with Rolling Patch level (RP129),
error 1060 (specified service does not exist) occurred when clicking on "listener" tab of the control panel.
