Symptoms
Oracle Internet Directory (OID) 11g, e.g., 11.1.1.7.0 version.
New OIDs cloned from a working set of OIDs.
(Note: Also ran into the known issue from Document 1607479.1 of oidmon "gsluslldConnect: Failed to connect to <source OID host:port>, and already applied the documented workaround steps. In addition, corrected missing indexes reported in the oiddiag by running "bulkload index=true".)
Unable to manage entries in the new/cloned OID.
For example, adding users to new OID fails with LDAP Error Code 20 - user exists:
Existing MOS Notes for the same error have not helped.
