Last updated on FEBRUARY 22, 2018

Applies to:

Oracle Adaptive Access Manager - Version and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

You have followed all the steps for OAM and OAAM advanced integration using the link: under section 8.4. All the steps were successful.

You have a test page deployed and protected with a TAP scheme. When you access the test page, you are redirected to the OAAM server page. You enter a valid username on the first screen and a valid password on the second screen, then submit. However, you then encounter an error stating, "User not Recognized".

In OAAM Server logs you see the error -

java.lang.Exception: Failed to communicate with any of configured Access Server, ensure that it is up and running.
