HTTP-404 Error While Running Report Through Form using Weblogic Port (Doc ID 1998402.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run the Report from the Form after the upgrade to the Forms 11g from 10g, the following error appears.

HTTP -404 Page Not Found.

The target URL shows that the application is trying to run the Report on the WLS_FORMS port instead of the WLS_REPORT.

e.g. http://<HOSTNAME>:9001/reports/rwservlet.

Changes

The Forms application is running on the WLS_FORMS port and using the RP2RRO.pll to run the Report from the Form.
