Task History Is Not Shown To Approvers Once They Reassign The Request or Request Information (Doc ID 1998771.1)

Symptoms

On : version 11.1.2.2.4 version:

In an approval task, an approver is able to either reassign the request or choose to request more information from a different user. However once the approver chooses either, the approver is no longer able to view the details of the current state of the request in the task history. An error message is displayed, eg

The logged-in user does not have permission to view task history.

or

IAM-3054101 : The logged-in user xxxxxx does not have viewSearchEntity permission on Role yyyyyy entity.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an approval task.
2. Login as the approver, and open the request.
3. Within the task, choose within Task Options -> Request More Information and choose a user and submit.
4. Now search for the request and try to view the task history. The error message is displayed.
