Symptoms
On : UCM 11.1.1.8.10 version, Content Server
Some content items are indexed with info only, this causes the indexer to appear to hang or at least take a long time while it attempts to full-text index the content. Eventually, it fails to full-text index the content.
Many files have failed full text indexing.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Content is not full-text searchable, impacts performance of collection rebuilds due to the hang while it attempts to index the files. Impacts performance of archive import/indexing when migrating content to other environments.
