Composer Login/Logout issues with Mozilla Firefox (Doc ID 1999708.1)

Symptoms

The following two issues related to BPM Composer login/logout are seen:


--After the first time  log in and log out, subsequent attempts to login succeed, but logging out simply refreshes the page.

-- If the cache of the browser is cleaned, it will cause the user to be unable to log in to Composer.
