Legal Argument "linkText" Not Being Saved In CKEditor (Doc ID 1999755.1)

Symptoms

A Template was configured with Legal Argument "linkText", to be used when including an asset in CKEditor.  However the Legal Argument value is not being saved.

In the browser console in Chrome you can see this error:

Error: Tried to register widget with id==linkText but that id is already registered
