In Configuration Manager, under Information Fields, the xIsRecord (Is Record) field is shows as disabled. So it is again enabled by Editing the field, selecting the Enabled checkbox and clicking Okay.
Everything works fine until the Content Server is restarted. Going back to Configuration Manager, it is seen that the xIsRecord field has become disabled again.
