Symptoms
A Database Adapter is not timing out when a transaction takes longer than expected, even after a timeout at both the Adapter and datasource level have been configured. At the Adapter level, the 'QueryTimeout' parameter has been set. At the Data Source level, the 'Statement Timeout' parameter has been set.
