WebCenter Content: Imaging Active Directory User has no Permissions Assigned to the Group (Doc ID 2000285.1)

Symptoms

An Active Directory (AD) user cannot see the items created under "Searches" nor can this user manage the security tool in Imaging.  The group this user belongs to has been given access.

Example:

"Group1" is an AD group created. "USER1" is a user belonging to this group.

When logged in to Imaging as USER1, the user is not able to view the items created under "Searches". However, this works when ONLY USER1 has been given the access.
