Symptoms
tmboot -y won't boot any servers if BBL is booted on AIX with Tuxedo 12.1.3 32bit
Run the commands in the following order in a AIX environment with the about version of Tuxedo (tested with patch level 0 and 11).
Server1:> tmboot -A
Server1:> tmboot -y
Booting all admin and server processes in /path/to/installation/tuxedo12/tux.cen.tux
INFO: Oracle Tuxedo, Version 12.1.3.0.0, 32-bit, Patch Level (none)
Booting admin processes ...
exec BBL -A :
Failed.
tmboot: WARN: No BBL available on site appsvr.
Will not attempt to boot server processes on that site.
Server1:> tmboot -y
Booting all admin and server processes in /path/to/installation/tuxedo12/tux.cen.tux
INFO: Oracle Tuxedo, Version 12.1.3.0.0, 32-bit, Patch Level (none)
Booting admin processes ...
exec BBL -A :
Failed.
tmboot: WARN: No BBL available on site appsvr.
Will not attempt to boot server processes on that site.
