Locale Problem On FrameworkFolder Date Metadata (Doc ID 2000295.1)

Symptoms

Format of PublicationDate and ReceivedDate fields changes when check in email with browse folder

Changes

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Configure the server with the latest DIS Component. 
2. Configure the server to have the metadata fields PublicationDate (Date), ReceivedDate (Date), and EmailSubject (Long Text) 
3. In the General Configuration for the server, set SystemDateFormat=yyyy-MM-dd {h:mm[:ss] {aa}[zzz]}!mAM,PM 
4. Start Outlook and check in an email message 
5. Look at the PublicationDate and ReceivedDate fields, which should have dates like 2014-07-10 10:22:36 AM PST 
6. Click the Browse button and select a Folder 
7. Look at the PublicationDate and ReceivedDate fields 

 

The format of this field was changed.
