Symptoms
Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD) 11g with Enterprise User Security (EUS) configuration.
Reconciling Local Store Adapters (LSA) entries from a source OVD server to a newly built target (destination) OVD server with oidcmprec fails:

[Note: Initial errors (OVD adapter not configured for baseDN) can be ignored as per <Document 1526485.1>.]
Initially using an incorrect Base DN of "cn=oraclecontext,dc=<OVD_DOMAIN>,dc=com" instead of the higher base of "dc=<OVD_DOMAIN>,dc=com" of the LSA EUS adapters.
However, even with base of "dc=<OVD_DOMAIN>,dc=com" the same and/or other errors continued. For example from the .err report file:
