Goal

The intent of this note is to provide a starting place to confirm that the Oracle Access Manager 11g R2PS3 (OAM 11.1.2.3) Custom Plugin Deployment architecture is working using a known good plugin and tested steps.
This will eliminate the mystery of is it the plugin or the architecture that is having an issue. It is the starting point when dealing with the Deletion of a Custom Authentication Plugin.
