SOA for Healthcare 11g - Sending a Message Returns Invalid Characters in the Ack Message Causing Sender to go Into Hung State

The following issues occur while sending HL7 Messages to SOA Suite for Healthcare interface.

SOA Suite for Healthcare Integration (SSHI) returns invalid characters after the ACK message which cause the sender to hung and sending any new messages. Capturing the ACK shows the below special characters when opening it in text editor.


- Sending message in batch cause the alternate message not reaching SSHI. For eg. Sending 5 messages results only the 1, 3, 5 the messages getting into SSHI.  Logs shows the below exception.
