Google Chrome 42+ Generates "This plugin is not supported" When Running Oracle Forms (Doc ID 2000923.1)

Symptoms

Unable to run Oracle Forms application in Google Chrome 42+ browsers using Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 1.7 or 1.8. In doing so the following error is displayed to the end user.

Changes

The Google Chrome Browser was upgraded to use the latest  version. Which at the time of writing this article APR-2015, it is version 42
