After Upgrade To Newer Firefox Version SSL Connections Failed : Secure Connection Failed

After browser was upgrated to newer version (Firefox v37), direct access to Weblogic servers using SSL connections failed with a pop-up error message:
An error occurred during a connection to host.domain:7022. Cannot communicate securely with peer: no common encryption algorithm(s). (Error code: ssl_error_no_cypher_overlap)
Browser was upgraded.
