Symptoms
Unable to use secure password wallet with rwclient.sh.
Have successfully created and tested a secure password wallet on Fusion Middleware server per instructions in:
Secure External Password Store, Technical Brief
However, when attempt to use the syntax with rwclient.sh, you get error:
