Tuxedo 11gR1PS1 TMTRACE Does Not Work With Regular Expressions Including "|" After Applying RP60 (Doc ID 2001522.1)

Symptoms

When using TMTRACE with a regular expression containing "|" , a logical OR symbol, the trace does not work as expected.
For example,

It expects to trace the Tuxedo tpsvrinit() and tpsvrdone() functions as part of the TMTRACE however there is no trace output to the ulog.

This problem happen with Tuxedo 11.1.1.2 rolling patch RP60 or later. Before rolling patch RP59, it works well.
