"org.omg.CORBA.NO_PERMISSION" When Connecting to Server from JMX Client Programmatically Over IIOP (Doc ID 2001699.1)

Symptoms

A client application is supposed to connect to managed server remotely via IIOP and make forceShutdown of the server. But while trying to connect to remote managed server, it faces Exception in thread "main" org.omg.CORBA.NO_PERMISSION when running IIOP client to shut down managed server.
