FRM-91111 / FRM-10039 Errors when Invoke Forms Builder (frmbld.sh) On New Install On RedHat Linux 6 (Doc ID 2001966.1)

Symptoms

A new installation of Oracle Fusion Middleware 11.1.2.2/WLS 10.3.6 on RedHat Linux 6. Has been done. Furthermore the the Forms Developer (Builder) option was chosen.
However, on trying to open Oracle Forms Builder using the following command.
