Unable To Digitally Sign Human Task (Doc ID 2002061.1)

Symptoms

SOA 11.1.1.7.0

Clicking an outcome on a human task that requires a digital signature, the page redirects to signTask.jspx; however, the signTask.jsp is blank and you are unable to sign the human task. The error message from the diagnostic logs indicates:
