ODI Scenarios in ODI Console are not Sorted by Name and Version

Symptoms
The Scenarios in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) version 11.1.1.3 Console are not sorted by name and version, while they are correctly sorted in ODI Studio.
In ODI Studio, the Scenarios are shown in Folders, sorted by Scenario name, and version.
Though in ODI Console, the same Scenarios are shown in Folders (which is correct), but not in the expected order: they are sorted in a random order (SCEN_NO? ROWID?) making the list unreadable.
