Information in this document applies to any platform.
Template editors are suddenly no longer able to edit templates in the portal which they could edit previously.
This is manifesting in several ways.
-First as an "invalid portal session" error.
-Internal error (WWC-0006) You do not have permission for this operation. (WWS-30573)
-Error: the listener returned the following message: 404 Not Found.
