EDQP DSAs and Scheduled Jobs Fail to Email Results when Multiple Email Addresses Are Configured (Doc ID 2004886.1)

Symptoms

Attempting to send multiple emails of DSA output results within the PDQ Application Studio is not working.
Various delimiters are not working and as a result the emails are not delivered.
Application Studio Reference Guide states that multiple email addresses can be entered, but does not state what to use as an email separator.

Errors raised in dls_domain.log:
(valid email addresses were replaced for the purposes of this bug report)
