Changing a Password in Forms Recognition Web Verifier Breaks the Login for User in Verifier / Designer (Doc ID 2005068.1)

Symptoms

After a user selects the "Change Password" option in Web Verifier, an error is received when attempting to login to the project in the standard Verifier application.  The error states:

Authentication of user [username] has failed for the project [\\server\share\global\AP Packaged Project_1007CA.sdp]
