Symptoms
ODSEE or DSEE seeing errors like these in the errors log when attempting to start the Directory Server instance:
- ERROR - Bootstrap config - <......> op=-1 msgId=-1 - Configuration error Plugin cn=Binary Syntax,cn=plugins,cn=config has an invalid signature -- Could not verify signature
- ERROR - Bootstrap config - <......> op=-1 msgId=-1 - Configuration error Plugin cn=Boolean Syntax,cn=plugins,cn=config has an invalid signature -- Could not verify signature
- ERROR - Bootstrap config - <......> op=-1 msgId=-1 - Configuration error Plugin cn=Case Exact String Syntax,cn=plugins,cn=config has an invalid signature -- Could not verify signature

Recently installed a Solaris patch that included the latest version of the NSS patch.
NSS patch versions for Solaris are 119213-XX
NSS patch versions from Solaris i386 are 119214-XX
