Change Default Strings In WebCenter Framework Administration Console Into Another Language (Doc ID 2005388.1)

Symptoms

The labels are not translated to turkish.

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Add turkish to the faces-config.xml as per Note 1940188.1 : How add languages to a WebCenter Framework application such as PT_BR
  2. Set the browser language to turkish.
  3. In a WebCenter framework application navigate to Administration -> Assets -> Navigations -> Edit -> Add:
    Labels are not translated to turkish.
