Symptoms

In a WebLogic Server 12.1.3 new domain, at the time of creating a new datasource (with JDBC connection to Oracle database) and validating the connection with Test Connection, the following error appears:

Java security manager was enabled and the Admin Server and the rest of the managed servers start with -Djava.security.manager and -Djava.security.policy=$WL_HOME/server/lib/weblogic.policy startup options
