ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Setting Fast Forward for an On Alarm in a Unit Test doesn't work

When using the Unit Test framework for SOA composites, there's a dialog option for the On Alarm to set the fast forward option for the time.

The User defined an alarm that would kick off in 5 minutes to execute the scope of activities.

In the Unit Test, you can edit the Activity Data and access the Fast Forward tab, setting a fast forward timeout but no matter what you put in the fast forward time, the BPEL logs still show a 5 minute execution time for the On Alarm to be executed.

The unit test will not execute the On Alarm either until at least that long.
