After installing an Identity Server in simple mode and successfully installing a WebPass in simple mode on Windows 2008R2, IIS 7.5, when accessing the Identity Console to initiate the setup procedure, a blank page is returned, and an error similar to the following is seen in the WebPass oblog.log:
