MFT 12c - Proxy Server Listens in All Server IPs, Rather Than the Configured One (Doc ID 2006443.1)

Using MFT or When MFT Proxy is started it will listen in all available IP addresses rather than the IP specified in 'sample-config.xml' configuration file.

OS Command 'netstat -tupln' will show this as follows: 

Proto  Recv-Q  Send-Q  Local Address    Foreign Address     State       PID/Program name  
tcp        0            0             :::21                      :::*              LISTEN           27231/java

 Here Process ID 27231 is the MFT Proxy process ID.  Netstat shows Local Address list as " :::21"  meaning all IP addresses in port 21.
