Symptoms

WebCenter Portal 11.1.1.8.6
SSO is enabled via WNA (Windows Native Authentication)

When accessing the portal, a pop-up screen is displayed requesting username/password. This should not be presented, as WNA authentication has been configured. Submitting this form without entering any user/password results in the proper page being displayed (authentication is successful), however, this "login page" should not be presented at all.
