ORA-01422: Error Processing Events Created By Non Scheduled Task Based Connectors (Doc ID 2007501.1)

Symptoms

OIM server is not consuming events created by non scheduled task based connectors such as Peoplesoft User Management, Campus or Employee Reconciliation. 

For example when messages are sent by PSFT, following error is seen in the log for the messages that are not consumed successfully:

This issue can happen with any connector which uses non scheduled task based or push based reconciliation such as Peoplesoft or RACF connectors
