Inbound Refinery may not Delete Expired Post Converted Jobs

If Inbound Refinery(IBR) 10g is installed on Windows and is configured as Windows Service, IBR does not delete expired post converted jobs.
Due to this behavior, post converted queue may be filled with expired job data. Eventually, conversion jobs from Content Server will be rejected by IBR because the queue is full with jobs.
The following error will appear in the logs when the post converted queue is full with jobs:
