Siebel Batch Job Fails When EDQ machine is Behind a Firewall (Doc ID 2008621.1)

You have Siebel Connector installed on Siebel machine and OEDQ installed on other Machine which is behind the Firewall.
You are getting below error in Siebel Connector machine when trying to run Siebel Batch Match Job:

Data Quality vendor-specific error: An error occurred when calling function 'sdq_start_dedup () ' in connector 'EDQ': "(-1014) Start dedup failed."

Detailed error message: Error starting batch dedup: "Problem connecting to remote server 'host:8090': Error retrieving system remote info: Connection refused to host: IP ; nested exception is: Connection timed out: connect (Code: 7,053)"

The Firewall is configured properly and access via Port 8090 is permitted but still getting above error.
