Siebel Batch Job Fails when EDQ Machine Is Behind a Firewall (Doc ID 2008621.1)

Symptoms

When the Siebel Connector is on one server and Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) is on another and is behind the Firewall, the following error is thrown when EDQ is called:

The Firewall is configured properly and access via Port 8090 is allowed, but this error is still thrown
