IPlanet Proxy Plugin 12c for Solaris SPARC 64-bit Crashes in Function pblock_findkey when Trying to Cleanup Stale Connections (Doc ID 2008755.1)

Symptoms

IPlanet Web Server 7 update 15 on Solaris 10 SPARC 64-bit crashes in the proxy plug-in function pblock_findkey for these Proxy Plug-in builds: 12.1.2 (WLSPLUGINS_12.1.2.0.0_SOLARIS.SPARC64_130509.1730) and 12.1.3 (WLSPLUGINS_MAIN_SOLARIS.SPARC64_140224.1731.01).  These error messages are observed on the iPlanet error log file.

This problem happens when two conditions are met:

  1. iPlanet log level is set as finest or fine.
  2. Server is under stress condition or high load.
