Last updated on APRIL 15, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Exalogic Elastic Cloud Software - Version 1.0.0.0.0 and later
Oracle Solaris on x86-64 (64-bit)
Linux x86-64
Oracle Virtual Server x86-64

Purpose

This primary note lists all the security vulnerabilities for the Oracle Exalogic Elastic Cloud Machine along with references to My Oracle Support documents to remediate these vulnerabilities.

Oracle encourages customers to run their own security scans against their Exalogic machines to verify that their security requirements are met. The information in this note may then be used to remediate the issues and explain the common false positives that are sometimes reported by the security scanning tools.

Also refer to following MOS Note which has information about procedures followed by Oracle development for the production or certification of Linux security fixes on Oracle-engineered systems.

<Note 2010538.1>: Information Related to Oracle’s Handling of Linux Security Fixes Prior to their Availability on Certain Oracle-Engineered Systems
