OIM Process Tasks Infrequently Stop at "Pending" Status When they are Performed in Concurrence with Deployment Manager Import

Information in this document applies to any platform.
A Process Task infrequently stop at "Pending" status, and gets still until retrying manually.
The problem may occur when Process Task and Deployment Manager Import are performed concurrently.
In particular the problem has been reported when Deployment Manager Import updates Adapter which is integrated with executed Process Task.
