A Process Task infrequently stop at "Pending" status, and gets still until retrying manually.
The problem may occur when Process Task and Deployment Manager Import are performed concurrently.
In particular the problem has been reported when Deployment Manager Import updates Adapter which is integrated with executed Process Task.
