Capture TIF Single Page Commit Corrupts a Grayscale Image when Less than the 11 Inch Length

Symptoms
A scan profile is configured for grayscale scan and commit through the TIF Single Page commit option. When committing the batch, the documents that were scanned at 8.5 x 11 inches are committed and can be opened without problem. However, if the document's length was auto-detected to be less than the 11 inches (e.g. 8.5 x 7.5 inches) the document can be viewed in Capture, but after commit to TIF Single Page document output format, the file cannot be opened for viewing.
