OHS Not Able to Drop Websocket Connection when Proxied with WebLogic (Doc ID 2010062.1)

Oracle HTTP Server - Version 12.1.3.0.0 and later
Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit)

Symptoms

When Websocket application is deployed on WebLogic 12.1.3 and proxied through OHS 12.1.3, OHS fails to drop the connections.

The following error are logged OHS logs after setting trace level in DOMAIN_HOME/config/fmwconfig/components/OHS/instances/ohs1/httpd.conf "OraLogSeverity TRACE:32"

The DOMAIN_HOME/servers/ohs1/logs/ohs1.log shows:
